*FREE* Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration

The second annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at the BlackRock Center for the Arts offers the Upcounty community a free and safe way to enjoy a day of fun, festivities and celebrating Hispanic heritage. Activities from 12 PM to 10 PM. They include a street market, local artists, Latino-owned businesses, music, the Maryland Latino Legislative Caucus COVID-19 Community Heroes Awards ceremony, COCO screening, crafts, free activities, vendors, and more!

• Saturday at 2:30 PM | Nora Reyes
• Saturday at 5:30 PM | La Mafia del Guaguanco
• Saturday at 8:00 PM | "COCO" Movie

As BlackRock continues to prioritize the health and safety of our visitors, staff, students and artists, it is required (until further notice) that anyone inside the building must wear a mask and anyone age 12+ must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

​If you are unable to be vaccinated, you may provide proof of a PCR or Rapid COVID-19 antigen test taken within 48 hours of the performance prior to entering BlackRock Center for the Arts. At-home tests will not be accepted.
