It’s more than just a market - it’s a movement. We collect gently used fabric, yarn, books, art supplies, and much more, saving items from the landfill and giving them new life in the hands of creatives like you. Whether you're an artist, teacher, parent, or passionate crafter, Scrap Happy is your space to create affordably, sustainably, and in community. Have extra supplies to spare? Donations are open during BlackRock open hours.
Scrap Happy Thrift is a Creative ReUse Center, which is composed of three parts:

A thrift store for art & craft supplies. We’re offering pay what you can pricing, so it’s great for any budget.

Classes and workshops that focus on upcycling and recycling materials to produce great art & crafts.

Artisan Markets that include artists who incorporate recycled materials into their art – creating beautiful items for you to purchase!
HOW TO GET INVOLVED:
There are lots of ways to get involved:

You can drop clean donations off at BlackRock during its Open Hours. The list of acceptable donated items is HERE.

Volunteer your time to help process and display the donated items.
