“Dancing Ophelia” features dance works inspired by the women of Shakespeare’s plays. “Incantations”, based on the three witches of Macbeth, is danced to the the eerily powerful vocals of Iva Bittova.

Desdemona and Ophelia are featured, with movement expressing their unique and tragic predicaments. Other dances include “NchiCa”, a duet of warlike intensity with movement that is alternately combative and mournful; and “Divenire”, a dance of becoming.
